Currently, our Hyperlocal (Same-Day) service is exclusive to Jammu City main areas. We cover a radius of approximately 15km from the city center (including Bakshi Nagar, Gandhi Nagar, Talab Tillo, Janipur, Channi, etc.). We are working on expanding to the outskirts soon!
For valid pincodes within the 15km zone, we aim to deliver within 4 hours of pickup. Orders booked before 5 PM are typically delivered the same day.
Once you create a shipment in your dashboard, click the "Request Pickup" button. A rider from the respective carrier (FedEx, Delhivery, etc.) will be assigned within 2-4 hours. Pickup is usually done between 10 AM and 6 PM.
No, a printed shipping label (AWB) is mandatory. You must print the label generated in your dashboard and paste it securely on the package before the rider arrives.
We offer Early COD Remittance. Your Cash on Delivery amount will be transferred to your registered bank account 2 days after the delivery date (T+2).
Logistics companies charge based on the higher of Actual Weight or Volumetric Weight (Length x Width x Height / 5000). If your package is light but large, you will be charged for the space it occupies.
KYC (Know Your Customer) is mandatory for customs clearance for all international shipments from India. You need to provide your ADHAAR (for individuals) or GST + IEC (for businesses). We cannot export without this.
By default, duties are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning the receiver pays. However, you can opt for DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) if you want to pay the duties on behalf of your customer (recommended for gifts).
